Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of pawandcove.com and purchases from Paw & Cove. The store is operated by 沈丘县抵翔尚百货店（个体工商户） (Shenqiu County Dixiangshang Department Store, Individual Business). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

Products and pet safety

Product descriptions and images are provided to help you make a purchase decision. Packaging, color, and minor details may vary by production batch without changing the product's essential function. We do not guarantee that every screen displays color accurately.

Follow the product label and instructions. Pet grooming products are for external use on dogs only unless the label expressly states otherwise. Avoid the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. Stop use if irritation occurs. Product information is not veterinary advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Ask a veterinarian before use if your dog has a medical condition, known sensitivity, or persistent symptoms.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance. If we cancel after payment, we will return the amount charged for the canceled items.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site and may change without notice before an order is placed. The price charged is the price shown at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and currency conversion fees are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping, title, and risk

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery is subject to carrier and customs conditions. Title and risk pass as required by applicable law. Read the Shipping Policy for processing estimates, international charges, address issues, and delayed shipments.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged goods, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

For claims relating to an order, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
